Jimmie Aaron Kepler is a solutions support analyst for a Fortune 500 privately held company. Known for his world-class customer service, he is uniquely skilled at customer/client retention. He has demonstrated ability at defusing and handling demanding and challenging clients.

His expertise in technical customer service is recognized by his customers, co-workers, and employer. How is it recognized? He was named enterprise team member of the year for providing exception technical customer service and writing the support knowledge base. He also has been awarded boss of the year twice, nominated by his employees.

Jimmie Aaron Kepler is a military brat. He grew up in a career United States Air Force family. In his youth, he worked in a grocery store, warehouse, folk-rock band as a rhythm guitar player, vendor at a major league baseball stadium, and for a milk distributor. He graduated college with a Bachelor of Arts degree in history with minors in English and military science.

Jimmie Aaron Kepler served as a commissioned officer in the United States Army on active duty for three years and then five years in the United States Army Reserves. He graduated from the Infantry Officer Basic Course, Airborne School, Platoon Leader Maintenance Management Course, and The Army Maintenance Management Course. Honorably discharged as a Captain, United States Army Reserves he went to graduate school full-time completing Master of Religious Education / Master of Arts degrees. During graduate school, he worked as a custodian, day laborer, painter, preschool teacher, and as a route auditor for a soft drink distributor.

He worked as a director of education and private school principal for sixteen years. He completed a doctor of education degree in educational administration in 1987. His area of research was interpersonal relationships and motivational theory.

Jimmie went back to college studying computer science in the late 1990s. He completed the core curriculum for the associate of applied sciences in computer systems degree as well as earned induction in for Phi Theta Kappa for academic excellence. He earned CompTIA A+, i-Net+ and Network+ computer certifications.

Jimmie Aaron Kepler is also an author. He sold his first magazine article over 30 years ago. He has sold nonfiction, inspirational and how-to magazine articles including getting three covers. He has sold short stories in the science fiction genre as well as two books.  While born in Texas, he has lived in Ohio, Illinois, South Carolina, Arizona, New Hampshire, Kansas, Georgia, Louisiana, California, Washington, and Texas. He has three grown children and one grandchild.
